Privacy and data practices

Antalya Taxi App Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Berlin GmbH LLC and Antalya Taxi App collect, use, disclose, store, and protect personal data when passengers, drivers, and website visitors use the Antalya Taxi platform, mobile applications, and support channels. By creating an account or using the service, you acknowledge this Policy together with the Terms of Use.

Last updated: August 1, 2026

Registration is based on mobile phone number verification and one-time codes. Location access is required to publish relevant ride requests to nearby drivers. Passengers do not pay Antalya Taxi App a commission, booking fee, or ride payment charge.

1. Controller, scope, and platform context

Berlin GmbH LLC operates Antalya Taxi App and the related website under the Antalya Taxi brand. This Privacy Policy applies to passengers, drivers, support requests, and website visitors who interact with the platform.

The service is a taxi request publication and connection platform. It is not a transportation operator, does not dispatch drivers as an employer, and does not process passenger ride fares.

2. Eligibility and acceptance

The platform is intended only for individuals who are at least 18 years old. By registering, verifying a phone number, or continuing to use the service, you confirm that you are at least 18 and that the information you provide is accurate.

Users and drivers must review and accept the applicable Terms of Use and this Privacy Policy before registration is completed.

3. Passenger data we collect

Passenger accounts require enough information to create and publish a ride request, communicate with a driver after acceptance, and keep the service operational.

  • Full name and mobile phone number
  • One-time verification code status and related account verification records
  • Current GPS location when the app is used for pickup positioning
  • Pickup point, destination, map pin selections, and searched addresses
  • Optional profile photo, if the passenger chooses to upload one
  • Ride request history, approximate route and fare information, and support records

4. Driver data we collect

Driver accounts require a broader set of data because the platform is intended for official taxi service providers who may receive ride requests from nearby passengers.

  • Full name, mobile phone number, and optional profile photo
  • Current working location needed to surface nearby ride requests
  • Vehicle details such as plate number, make, and model
  • Driver's license, tax-related records, and other official documents requested during onboarding
  • Subscription plan, wallet balance, commission history, debt status, and support communications

5. Phone verification, maps, and third-party providers

Passengers and drivers register with mobile phone numbers. To complete login and verification, Antalya Taxi App sends one-time codes through third-party communication service providers. Phone numbers must therefore be shared with those providers to perform the verification process.

The platform also uses third-party map, geolocation, and address-search providers, including services comparable to Google or Mapbox. Search results and suggested addresses are provided through those services and may not always be complete, current, or 100% accurate.

6. How request data is shared between passengers and drivers

When a passenger publishes a ride request, the system may send the request to nearby drivers. During the first stage, the request is shared with operational details such as pickup point, destination, and approximate fare, while the passenger's identifying details remain hidden.

If a driver chooses to accept the request, the passenger's name and mobile phone number become visible to that driver. At the same time, the driver's name, mobile phone number, vehicle details, and location-related ride information become visible to the passenger.

After acceptance, the confirmation of the ride takes place directly between passenger and driver. Antalya Taxi App does not provide an in-app calling tool, does not require any specific off-platform channel, and does not control whether the parties communicate by phone call, messaging app, SMS, or another direct method chosen by them.

7. Why we use personal data

We use personal data to create and maintain accounts, verify identities through phone-based authentication, publish ride requests to relevant nearby drivers, and support direct communication after a request is accepted.

We also use data to calculate and display approximate fare information, monitor misuse, review driver onboarding materials, respond to support requests, enforce platform rules, and maintain basic service integrity.

8. Estimated price, map accuracy, and service notices

Displayed fare information is an estimate prepared using route information, travel duration, and tariff logic derived from official local pricing references. It is shown for advance information only and is not a binding fare guarantee, payment undertaking, or transport quote issued by Berlin GmbH LLC.

Because route data, traffic conditions, map results, and third-party address services can vary, Antalya Taxi App does not guarantee that a displayed destination, travel time, or estimated price will be fully accurate in every case.

9. Sharing with service providers and legal disclosures

Personal data may be shared with third-party providers only to the extent reasonably necessary to operate the platform, including verification, hosting, infrastructure, analytics, support, and map or geolocation services.

Data may also be disclosed when required by applicable law, a valid legal process, or a binding order from a competent authority.

10. Retention, deletion, and account closure

We retain personal data for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, protect security, review disputes, enforce financial records relating to driver platform usage, and comply with legal obligations.

Users may request deletion or account closure by contacting the official support address. Some records may still be retained where retention is reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, dispute handling, accounting, compliance, or legal defense.

11. Security measures and document verification limits

Antalya Taxi App uses reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, but no digital system can guarantee absolute security, uninterrupted availability, or zero risk.

Driver documents may be reviewed for onboarding and platform integrity, but Berlin GmbH LLC cannot guarantee 100% authenticity or completeness of every document submitted by a driver. Drivers are responsible for ensuring that all uploaded records are true, valid, and current.

12. Policy changes and contact

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect platform, operational, legal, or technical changes. The latest version published on the website or in the app will control from its effective date.

Questions about this Privacy Policy, deletion requests, or account-related privacy concerns should be sent to the official support address below.

13. Advertising, sponsored content, and recommendations

Antalya Taxi App may display third-party advertisements, sponsored placements, commercial recommendations, affiliate content, promotional banners, or other commercial messages within the website, app, email, support flow, or push-notification surfaces. Berlin GmbH LLC does not guarantee the accuracy, legality, availability, safety, quality, pricing, or truthfulness of any such advertising or third-party claim and does not assume responsibility for losses, disputes, or reliance arising from those materials.

Any relationship, purchase, booking, click-through, communication, or reliance involving an advertiser, sponsor, affiliate partner, or promoted third party is solely between the user and that third party unless Berlin GmbH LLC expressly states otherwise in writing. Responsibility for advertising content remains with the advertiser to the maximum extent applicable, and the user's use of or reliance on such content remains at the user's own risk and discretion.

14. Push notifications, sounds, badges, and background permissions

Antalya Taxi App may request permission to send push notifications, badges, sounds, alerts, reminders, marketing messages, service notices, account warnings, operational notices, promotional messages, security alerts, and other visual or audible device communications. If the user enables those permissions, Berlin GmbH LLC may use them from time to time for operational or commercial purposes permitted by law and platform rules.

The app may also request foreground or background location access and other device-level permissions where such access is relevant to ride requests, nearby-driver visibility, support, fraud prevention, or future platform features. If the user disables or restricts those permissions, some features may degrade, become unavailable, or function differently. Notification delivery, background execution, and permission behavior also depend on device settings, operating systems, networks, manufacturers, and third-party services, none of which are under Berlin GmbH LLC's full control.

15. Future financial features, app purchases, and third-party processors

Berlin GmbH LLC may in the future introduce additional financial or commercial features, including card-based payment tools, app-based billing, in-app purchases, subscriptions, digital wallet functions, promotional credits, loyalty systems, or other commerce features for passengers, drivers, or both. If such features are introduced, their use may be governed by separate product terms, store terms, payment-processor terms, financial disclosures, refund rules, tax rules, or jurisdiction-specific notices.

Any current or future financial feature may depend on app stores, payment gateways, banks, card networks, infrastructure vendors, fraud tools, identity tools, communication vendors, or other third parties. Berlin GmbH LLC does not accept liability for delay, refusal, charge failure, chargeback, fraud flag, processor outage, app-store issue, payment reversal, settlement failure, or any other failure or dispute caused in whole or in part by a third-party financial or technical provider.

16. Corporate changes, transfers, and successor operation

Berlin GmbH LLC may, at any time and without separate prior notice except where mandatory law requires otherwise, assign, sell, lease, license, outsource, restructure, merge, split, delegate, transfer, or otherwise reorganize all or part of Antalya Taxi App, the website, the related developer accounts, operating rights, intellectual property, commercial relationships, data-processing operations, or business assets to an affiliate, purchaser, successor, investor, operator, contractor, or other third party.

Where legally permitted, personal data, operating records, and platform relationships may be transferred as part of such a transaction or operational change. Continued use after any such change constitutes acknowledgment that the service may be operated, maintained, or controlled by a successor or different authorized party under substantially similar or modified policies and terms.

17. Successor processing, due diligence, and business reorganization

If Berlin GmbH LLC explores financing, investment, sale, merger, outsourcing, licensing, developer-account migration, white-label distribution, or another business reorganization, it may, where reasonably necessary and legally permitted, disclose or allow limited review of relevant platform records, support records, analytics, operational files, and personal data to lawyers, accountants, auditors, technical vendors, publishers, investors, purchasers, successors, or other advisers under confidentiality, transactional, or legal safeguards.

Users acknowledge that the data controller, operator, publisher, support structure, infrastructure stack, monetization model, app-store identity, or third-party provider lineup may change over time. Berlin GmbH LLC does not guarantee that the current operating structure, store account, developer-account configuration, or commercial model will remain unchanged, and continued use after such a change signifies acceptance of the updated processing context to the extent permitted by law.
