The Platform operator acts as the data controller for personal data processed through the Application.
Access to the Application is available exclusively through Apple Sign In. By logging in via Apple, users authorize the Platform to receive basic account information provided by Apple, including name and email address. Following login, Users and Providers are required to provide full name, email address, and phone number. This information is mandatory for the functionality of the Application. If a ride request is accepted, the full name and phone number of the User and the accepting Provider are displayed to each other solely for direct communication purposes.
The Platform may request additional documentation from Providers, including but not limited to a driver's license, identity card, passport, or other officially valid identification documents where necessary for service integrity.
Location data is processed strictly for the purpose of displaying ride requests to relevant Providers. The Platform does not provide live ride tracking.
The Application may display third-party advertisements, including Google AdMob. Third-party advertising partners may collect device identifiers and usage data in accordance with their own privacy policies.
Personal data may be shared only as reasonably necessary for service operation with third-party service providers. Personal data will be disclosed only in response to a valid and legally binding court order.
Personal data is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, maintain security, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.
Users may request deletion of their account data by contacting the Platform's designated official email address.
Reasonable technical and organizational measures are implemented to protect personal data. However, no digital system can guarantee absolute security.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from data processing.
Any dispute relating to this Privacy Policy shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Kentucky, United States.
This Privacy Policy shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, United States.
