The Application is a digital request publication platform. The Platform does not provide transportation services and is not a transportation operator.
The Platform does not assign requests. All communication and service interactions occur outside the Platform.
The Platform does not process or facilitate ride payments. All payments are made directly between User and Provider.
Providers must pay a monthly subscription fee. Fees are strictly non-refundable and non-cancellable.
Providers are independent contractors. No employment or partnership relationship exists with the Platform.
The Platform shall not be liable for any damages arising from interactions between Users and Providers.
Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in Kentucky, United States.
Any claim must be submitted in writing within one (1) day from the date of the relevant event.
