Platform terms

Antalya Taxi App Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of Antalya Taxi App, the Antalya Taxi website, and the related passenger and driver request tools operated by Berlin GmbH LLC. By registering, verifying a phone number, publishing a request, or using a driver account, you agree to these Terms in full.

Last updated: August 1, 2026

Passengers do not pay a platform commission, booking fee, or usage fee. Drivers choose between a subscription model and a per-accepted-request commission model. Antalya Taxi App does not assign drivers, process ride fares, or act as the transport operator.

1. Acceptance, scope, and eligibility

These Terms apply to all passengers, drivers, and other users of Antalya Taxi App and the related Antalya Taxi website. The service is intended only for persons who are at least 18 years old.

Registration and continued use require full acceptance of these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not create an account or use the platform.

2. Nature of the platform

Antalya Taxi App is a digital request publication and communication platform. It helps passengers publish ride requests and allows nearby drivers to review and accept those requests at their own discretion.

Berlin GmbH LLC does not provide transportation itself, is not a taxi operator, does not guarantee driver availability, and does not become a party to the direct transport arrangement formed between passenger and driver after a request is accepted.

3. Account registration and accurate information

Passengers and drivers must register with a valid mobile phone number and complete one-time code verification. Passengers must also provide full name, and drivers must provide the onboarding information required by the platform.

All users are responsible for keeping their account details accurate, current, and truthful. False, incomplete, outdated, or misleading information may lead to suspension, rejection, or permanent closure of the account.

4. Passenger request workflow

To publish a ride request, a passenger must allow the app to access location services, select or confirm a pickup point, and choose a destination by map selection or address search. The app may display an approximate fare before the request is sent.

Submitting a request does not guarantee that any driver will accept it. A request may be ignored, declined, missed, or later canceled through the direct communication between passenger and driver.

5. Driver acceptance and no passenger-to-driver assignment

Antalya Taxi App sends requests to nearby drivers, but it does not assign a passenger to a specific driver. Each driver decides independently whether to accept or reject a request.

Before acceptance, driver-facing request details may include departure point, destination, and approximate fare information, while the passenger's identity remains hidden. Passenger identity is disclosed only after a driver accepts the request.

6. Direct communication outside the app

Once a request is accepted, the passenger and driver must confirm the ride details directly with each other. Their names, phone numbers, and relevant ride details may then be shared for that purpose.

Antalya Taxi App does not provide or guarantee an in-app calling tool. Communication may happen by voice call, SMS, WhatsApp, or another direct method chosen by the passenger and driver themselves.

7. Estimated prices, route results, and accuracy notices

Any fare shown in the app before a request is sent is an approximate, informational estimate prepared using local tariff logic, route information, and expected travel time. It is not a fixed, guaranteed, or binding fare issued by Berlin GmbH LLC.

Map search results, selected addresses, route times, and fare estimates depend in part on third-party services and real-world conditions. Antalya Taxi App does not guarantee that these values will always be complete, accurate, or available.

8. Passenger payments and no passenger platform fee

Passengers do not pay Antalya Taxi App any platform commission, booking fee, or usage charge for sending a request through the service.

Antalya Taxi App does not collect, process, hold, or mediate the passenger's ride fare. The ride fare is paid directly by the passenger to the driver inside or in connection with the vehicle, using whatever payment methods the driver makes available.

9. Driver payment models, wallet balances, and debt limits

Drivers may be offered different platform usage models, including a monthly subscription option or a commission model based on accepted requests. The applicable model is chosen by the driver where the platform makes both options available.

Under the commission model, a driver may load prepaid balance into a wallet. When the driver accepts a request, the applicable platform commission may be deducted from that wallet balance. If sufficient prepaid balance is not available, the system may record the amount as debt.

If a driver's unpaid balance reaches an internal limit determined by the platform, Berlin GmbH LLC may restrict new request acceptance, suspend account functionality, or block further use of the driver account until the outstanding amount is resolved.

10. Cancellations, refunds, and non-refundable platform charges

Because passengers do not pay platform fees to Antalya Taxi App, the platform does not operate a passenger refund or ride-payment return process.

Driver subscription charges and driver-side platform commissions are non-refundable. This includes cases in which a driver later cancels, the passenger later cancels, the trip does not proceed, or the parties change their plans after acceptance, because the driver has already chosen whether to accept the visible request details at the moment of acceptance.

11. Driver documents, compliance, and independent status

Drivers must be official taxi service providers and must provide the documents requested during onboarding, including vehicle and regulatory records such as driver's license, tax-related documents, and other official information required by the platform.

Drivers are solely responsible for the truth, validity, and current status of the documents and information they upload. Berlin GmbH LLC may review documents for onboarding purposes, but it does not guarantee 100% authenticity or legal sufficiency of every uploaded record.

Drivers are not employees, agents, or service providers of Berlin GmbH LLC in the labor-law sense, and Antalya Taxi App does not create a direct or indirect employment relationship, partnership, or transport employment structure with drivers.

12. Prohibited conduct

Users and drivers must not misuse the platform, interfere with the service, or submit unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or misleading information.

  • Creating fake accounts or using another person's phone number or identity
  • Uploading false driver documents, invalid vehicle information, or misleading profile details
  • Using the platform in a way that harms other users, drivers, the platform, or third-party providers
  • Attempting to access restricted systems, interfere with verification flows, or evade payment obligations owed by a driver to the platform

13. Suspension and termination

Berlin GmbH LLC may reject, restrict, suspend, or terminate any account where it reasonably believes there is fraud, misuse, document inconsistency, unpaid driver debt, unlawful conduct, platform abuse, or another material violation of these Terms.

The platform may also disable features, pause request visibility, or remove access when required by operational, legal, technical, or safety concerns.

14. No warranty and service availability disclaimer

Antalya Taxi App, the website, and all related services are provided on an as-available and as-functioning basis. Berlin GmbH LLC does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, route accuracy, address accuracy, driver availability, estimated fare precision, successful communication, or any specific transport outcome.

No statement on the platform should be interpreted as a warranty that a request will be accepted, that a ride will occur, or that any particular map, fare, timing, or communication result is guaranteed.

15. Limitation of liability and user responsibility

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Berlin GmbH LLC shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, material, moral, commercial, or reputational damages arising out of or related to platform use, failed communication, canceled trips, fare disputes, driver behavior, passenger behavior, third-party provider outages, inaccurate documents, or any interaction between passenger and driver.

Passengers and drivers remain responsible for their own decisions, communications, legal compliance, payments, and real-world conduct after a request is accepted.

16. Governing law and contact

These Terms are interpreted and applied subject to the mandatory laws that govern the relevant service relationship and cannot exclude rights that must legally be preserved for users under applicable law.

Questions about these Terms should be directed first to the official support channel below.

17. Reserved platform rights, unilateral changes, and discontinuation

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Berlin GmbH LLC may at any time, with or without prior notice, with or without explanation, and in its sole operational or commercial discretion, modify, replace, update, limit, geo-restrict, pause, suspend, interrupt, disable, remove, redesign, or discontinue any part of Antalya Taxi App, the website, a feature, a route, a language option, a pricing display logic, an integration, a support channel, an account function, a commission model, a subscription model, or the service as a whole, whether temporarily or permanently.

Berlin GmbH LLC has no obligation to maintain any particular feature set, user interface, business model, driver workflow, passenger workflow, language package, device support level, developer account structure, integration, or release schedule. The tracking of updates, changes, removals, revised flows, and modified legal terms is entirely the user's responsibility.

18. Account refusal, suspension, blocking, and termination rights

Subject to mandatory law only, Berlin GmbH LLC may refuse registration, reject reactivation, suspend, throttle, shadow-limit, freeze, terminate, restrict, delist, or permanently remove any passenger account, driver account, wallet function, request flow, document status, or related access right at any time, with or without advance notice, and with or without providing a reason, explanation, evidence summary, remediation window, or warning.

No user shall be entitled to claim compensation, reimbursement, expectation loss, goodwill loss, reputation loss, emotional damage, business interruption loss, or any other monetary or non-monetary claim solely because Berlin GmbH LLC exercised, delayed, or declined to reverse one of these platform-control decisions, except to the extent a non-waivable right is imposed by applicable law.

19. Assignment, sale, lease, transfer, and developer-account migration

Berlin GmbH LLC may, in whole or in part and without separate prior consent from users, assign, delegate, novate, lease, license, sell, transfer, encumber, outsource, restructure, merge, spin off, or otherwise dispose of Antalya Taxi App, the website, the related business, the brand, the backend, the operating accounts, the developer accounts used for distribution, or any associated rights, obligations, commercial interests, or assets.

Users agree that the service may be published, maintained, distributed, transferred, or continued under a different developer account, store account, operator structure, investor-backed structure, purchaser structure, affiliated entity, or successor-controlled environment, and that such corporate or operational change shall not by itself create liability for Berlin GmbH LLC or invalidate these Terms to the extent lawfully assignable.

20. Advertising, promotional communications, device permissions, and future features

Berlin GmbH LLC may place advertisements, sponsored listings, promoted content, referral placements, partner offers, or commercial notices on the platform and may send operational, promotional, marketing, reminder, re-engagement, security, and commercial push notifications or similar alerts, including messages with sound, badge, or visual emphasis, where user permissions or applicable rules permit. Berlin GmbH LLC is not responsible for the accuracy, legality, availability, merchantability, or truthfulness of third-party advertisements or promoted claims.

Berlin GmbH LLC may also request, use, limit, or later expand device permissions, including foreground location, background location, camera, gallery, notifications, and other permissions where relevant to current or future product functionality. The company may introduce, test, remove, or reprice future features at any time, including app-based payment tools, card payment methods, billing flows, app-store purchase tools, subscriptions, or other financial features, all of which may be subject to additional product-specific rules and separate terms.

21. Third-party dependencies, external failures, and absolute risk allocation

Antalya Taxi App may rely on third-party maps, geolocation services, hosting providers, infrastructure vendors, notification providers, telecom vendors, verification providers, ad networks, app stores, banks, payment processors, fraud systems, analytics providers, cloud vendors, operating systems, device manufacturers, and other external service layers. Berlin GmbH LLC does not warrant that any third-party dependency will remain available, accurate, uninterrupted, secure, or fit for any purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Berlin GmbH LLC, its employees, managers, beneficial owners, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and successors shall not be liable for outages, delays, inaccuracy, failed verification, failed delivery, push-notification non-delivery, location mismatch, background-permission failure, app-store rejection, payment failure, card-processor issue, ad-related dispute, or any other loss arising from or connected to a third-party service, infrastructure layer, or integration.

22. Continued use, monitoring duty, and binding effect of revisions

Berlin GmbH LLC may revise these Terms, the Privacy Policy, pricing models, driver rules, passenger rules, financial rules, support rules, or any other operating condition at any time. Unless mandatory law requires a different mechanism, publication within the app, website, support materials, or related legal pages may be deemed sufficient notice.

Users are solely responsible for regularly reviewing the current legal texts, service flows, and platform notices. Continued access to or use of Antalya Taxi App after a change, update, replacement, removal, transfer, or new feature release constitutes binding acceptance of the then-current version of the relevant terms, policies, and operational rules.

23. Ownership discretion, monetization control, and no duty to preserve the current model

Berlin GmbH LLC may at any time monetize Antalya Taxi App through advertisements, sponsored placements, partner campaigns, promoted visibility, subscriptions, paid tools, future payment features, licensing, reseller structures, white-label arrangements, app-store migrations, different publisher or developer accounts, or other commercial models, and may also sell, transfer, pledge, dilute, or otherwise reorganize ownership interests, control rights, or economic rights connected with the service.

Neither Berlin GmbH LLC nor its shareholders, beneficial owners, officers, managers, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, publishers, distributors, or successors shall be liable for any material, immaterial, moral, reputational, commercial, opportunity, or expectation loss arising from monetization choices, ownership changes, platform transfers, suspensions, feature removals, platform shutdowns, ad exposure, notification practices, payment-feature rollout, developer-account migration, or a user's reliance on the current structure, and each user accepts sole responsibility for monitoring ongoing changes.
